If we could give Kate 10 stars, we would! Kate was with us every step of the way and was so helpful and accommodating to us. She did an excellent job walking us through the process and on multiple occasions went above and beyond to give us information before we even realized we needed it! She was very thorough in giving us the history on all the houses we considered and made video recordings of houses for us when we couldn't visit them because we were moving from out of town. We actually never saw the house we purchased in person until closing day because we trusted Kate 100% to give us all the information we needed to make our decision.

About Kate Steadman
Kate Steadman, the Director of Agent Development at Choice Residential Real Estate, is an agent dedicated to other agents’ success.As a Raleigh native, Kate has served the Triangle area’s real estate needs for more than five years; spending the majority of her career with Choice Residential, assisting more than 125 families, and closing more than $32 million in sales.
While her talents with representing buyers and sellers in their real estate transactions is apparent, her true passion lies with helping other agents develop their skills and find their own success stories. With the goal of helping agents launch their careers quickly and efficiently, Kate regularly teaches the agent training series, Agent Launchpad, to new Choice Residential agents.
